While it is not advisable to feed dogs human food, plenty of people plan their meals around the same time as their puppers to make sure that they feel included in daily rituals. Dog moms and dads have professional photos of their little guys printed out and hung on their walls like proud grandparents. My own mother gets a little upset if I do not include our maltese, Max, when referencing our nuclear family.

In our story today, a new mom crashing at her sister's place makes endless snide comments about the family dog, believing that having him around is dangerous for her baby.
