Kids can be really judgmental, but when this woman first met the man of her dreams, who already had two grown daughters of his own, she underestimated exactly how cruel the girls could be.

If you lose a parent, there's nothing that can replace them. However, as children grow into adults, it's important to note that your parents, while they're firstly your guardians and the heroic figures that brought you into this world, they're also just people. And people get lonely. With that in mind, it's crazy how often kids will try to parent trap their divorced or widowed parents into solitude, forever entrapped by the parent of their children until the end of time. Luckily for the man in this next story, he was able to find a woman willing to look past all of that, enduring years of bad behavior from his daughters because she truly loved him.

However, when the girls learned that Dad's three-year relationship was a cash cow that they could bank on, they changed their tune with dollar signs flashing in their eyes like they'd won the lottery.
