It is rather amusing how this kind of behavior on a Sunday can be considered as resting and recovering, whereas the same behavior on a Monday would be considered avoidant and depressive. Who thought that 24 hours could have such an impact on our perception. Maybe we need to start normalizing sleeping face first during the week too.
